Right now, I think it's just a matter of time for them to process things. Was fun while it lasted.

I haven't been banned.

After many months of inactivity I came back here like a week ago, botted for three days, got from rank 25 to rank 5, after that the bot hasn't worked, haven't botted in the last two or three days.

Concede after every game won, do anything like that which eventually makes you play against other bots or braindead newbie players who wont know any better meaning that you wont get reported

I have a suspicion that the bot isn't detected but that there is another reason players are being banned.

So if you check the hearthstone subreddit there was a guy that recently posted about being banned and he claims that he hasn't botted or used any program other then a deck tracker. He mentions that he "farmed" which I assume would mean that he purposely conceded after every win to keep his rank/MMR low in order to net easy wins.

Now I am not sure if this is a violation of the game rules but most likely it is behavior that's frowned upon as it ruins the experience for new players. Someone else on the official bnet forums experience the same thing claiming he hasn't botted yet was banned. I think "you botted therefore you're banned" is being used as a blanket statement to hand out bans.

If you think about it nearly everyone that bots uses the concede after win feature so it seems to add up. Do you really think they care to do anything about botters when they won't even address bugs/issues? Play some games in dumpster casual and 80% of your games will be against bots which have names like Z478FNN or some other nonsensical alphanumeric name.

This could definitely be the case, because I have been using it for some time now, and I do not concede after every win. it doesnt make sence to imo.
Also maybe they look if an account is f2p or is the player also spending money. this fact can say alot about an account.

If people are buying 2nd or 3d accounts, never spending any mony on it, just farming mindless win, loss, win, loss, etc.. well you might as well put a huge target on your back!

good luck everyone.

I'll chime in that I've been using this bot for just shy of 4 years, almost always getting 30 wins per day. (probably at least 4-5 hours per day) I have escaped both ban waves so I think it is something heuristic or players reporting that are getting people banned. Smartbot (another Hearthstone bot) also got hit by bans on August 1st. I'll list everything I've done but there is no way to tell 100% why people are getting banned:

* I've spent real money on the account
* I've never botted in Ranked (though I always finish at least Rank 5)
* Never auto-schedule
* I used to auto-restart on crash (up to 2x) now I never do
* I change nearly all he default settings. Like I ban 2 classes that do well against my bot deck, always concede after mulligan, change the range for when I concede, and cap my turns at 20 (just cap at something).
* Also change things up under the Bot Control options (I'm not listing my settings because the point is for everyone to be different, not the same
* 2 weeks ago I started a new routine. Start game, close Battle.net, open Hearthranger, and run Hearthranger. I'm not sure if this does anything, or prevents Blizzard from scanning the game, but it's what I do.
* Never used an external module (like Silverfish)

Also, for all the people conceding after a win, that seems like a red flag to me. It will speed up your botting but raise your profile too. (imo)
