Where is the compensation of non working dsobot? I lost 15 days during the patches...I will my compensation!

So ungrateful. :/
For a month you will pay 7$, then for 15 days it will value 3.5$...
Can't you live with the fact that you "loose" 3.5$ ?
I prefer that dev works on his bot than refund some cents to ungrateful people (some person wanted refun for 1 or days, like wtf do you ask a refund for 0.2$ ?!)

Well..well....I pay it for 1 year..and about 35 days away and not correctly working... then its about much more as 10$... loosing :(
Thanks for understand me, if I pay I will it will work correctly and not only anything... or only some days.. I recommend the errors and bugs...
but nothing fixed
Dragans event, castle not working correctly, side maps not works from last dragan events..and no aswer me or repair it
New abilities not add and repaired
Some new maps and events missing...
Some old maps not working..
Difficults not fixed...
then...well...So ungrateful. :/ ?? I am unhappy in this way...no answers...no fix of bugs that I report...

Its ok, but I dont know to whom write, on forum I send this bugs...and no answers... I send to rush4xhos mail, no asnwer, no repairs...then WHO heard me? and WHO really repair it? send me your mail and I send pictures and the bugs to you...but..WHO?
Look where was real little bigger update? but to this time the game become many and many changes...and the dsobot is older.. no one answer me...and I am unhappy :(
