Application cannot be started after update - .NET error?

Hello, since the latest update, I haven't been able to start the application. I get a small error box that states: 'This application cannot be started. Do you want to view information about this issue?' Upon clicking I am taken to a .NET Framework site for microsoft and have went through all the steps but still get the same error.

Wondering what next steps to take?

...as I haven't had any issues prior to this latest update.

HearthRanger is fully allowed in my anti virus and never had an issue.

what is your OS version?

Have you tried to re-install hearthranger?
